Skull Flogger (Customisable)

Wood or Resin fixed handle flogger with a resin skull. Fall cross-section is approximately 55mm. Falls can be made within reason any size and length. These skull floggers are a talking point as well as visually stunning. They are weighty and roughly come in at around 2 to 3kg.
